Shipping and Returns at Punk Rock Health


We do everything we can to ensure you will be happy with your items, but if you for any reason need to make a return or exchange, here is all the info you need:

  1. You may send any unwanted items back to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 days of the delivery of the order. 
  2. Email us with your order number (of if you can’t find that then at least the full name you used to place your order would help) and let us know what the issue is, and how you would like to go forward. We will get back to you with the best instructions for your particular issue within 24 hours of your email, so do keep an eye out for that message in case it finds its way into your spam :-/

The customer is liable for the return shipping costs, unless an item been received in error, is damaged or defective. Please contact us before returning any item(s). PUNKROCKHEALTH@GMAIL.COM

If you need help with shipping options, please let us know and we can advise the best options for your order/item. Always retain the proof of postage. All UK exchanges are reshipped free of charge. International customers will need to re-purchase shipping.


Please note that should you want to return items to us:

  • Items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags. Any promotional items included free of charge must also be returned shall the order be returned in full.
  • Only items/orders purchased on the UK site can be returned to the UK warehouse.
  • If sending items back from outside of the UK, make sure to declare items as returned goods, clearly state ‘BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’ on any parcel. Any duties on returned goods will remain the responsibility of the customer.
  •  Only items returned within 14 days of delivery is eligible for a cash refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, including gift cards. Items returned after 14 days but before 28 days will be eligible for a store credit.
  • For any items returned that were part of a multi-buy promotion such as Buy One Get One Half Price, Buy One Get One Free, 3 for 2, or similar – the refund value of returned products will be calculated based on the promotional savings of any items not returned, and therefore may not equate to the full value of the item(s) specifically being returned.
  • Swim/Bodysuits, Reusable period pads and other intimates are not returnable, due to hygienic restrictions.
  • Shipping fees will not be credited.
  • Purchases made in Cryptocurrency as payment are not eligible for a refund, only store credit or exchange.
  • Gift Cards are non-returnable, and do not qualify for a refund.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for us to process your returned item/s. We always aim to be faster!

We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or credit for items that are not in a re-sellable condition – regardless of the presence of original tags and whether the item was worn or not, refunds will not be issued for items that we determine cannot be resold. We may make such determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to; the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it’s returned to us.


We run an extended returns policy for items that have been purchased as gifts in December. All items purchased as gifts in December have until February 1st to be returned to us, providing the customer contacts us as early as possible, before January 14th.


Shipping Information

Currently, we are only offering to ship in the U.K BUT this is going to change before Summer 2020 so watch this space!

For now, what you need to know about our shipping method is as follows:

Shipping costs are a flat rate based on the average size order being shipped with a signed for service in the UK. If you would like your order shipped by a tracked service or a fast service please email us and we can arrange this extra service for you.

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days after the order date. Please allow some extra time for order processing during busier times of the year or during sale events.

If you live in either Wood Green, Alexandra Palace, Bounds Green, Turnpike Lane, you can contact us to see if you qualify for free, zero carbon delivery by hand. If I can hand deliver to your address I will give you a discount code that will save you the cost of shipping on your order.

Weight restrictions may apply and not all shipping methods will be available for all weights/shipping destinations.

We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

If you have not received your order after 60 days from the dispatch date – let us know asap, no later than 90 days from your order date.
